Our young explorers will travel back in time through fascinating History topics like The Stone Age to the Iron Age, Ancient Egypt, and Ancient Greece. In Geography, we’ll uncover how people live around the world—from vibrant settlements to the icy wonders of Antarctica—and find out where our food really comes from.

In Science, curiosity leads the way as we investigate light, plants, forces, rocks, soil, and the amazing human body. Creativity shines in DT, where children will bring learning to life by designing gift boxes, sewing Egyptian-themed cushions, and building clever mechanisms with levers.

It’s a hands-on, minds-on journey packed with wonder and excitement—Year 3 is full of unforgettable learning opportunities!

Mrs Bennett will be teaching Ash class, whilst Mrs Payne (Mon - Wed) and Mrs Macaulay (Thurs - Fri) will teach Maple class.
